Bryan Gracan

Bryan Gracan is an experienced professional in infrastructure management and public safety with a focus on roads, transportation, and utilities. Currently serving as the Roads and Transportation Supervisor for York Region since November 2020, Bryan supervises both Regional staff and external contractors, ensuring compliance with legislation and effective emergency response. Previous roles include Supervisor of Signshop and Special Events for the City of Markham, Manager of Water Services and Maintenance for the City of Waterloo, and Water and Wastewater Supervisor for the Township of Woolwich. Bryan also held positions within the City of Kitchener, including Traffic Supervisor, Utilities Operator, and Sewer Maintainer, demonstrating a strong background in maintaining essential services and infrastructure. Bryan's education includes studies at Conestoga College from 1991 to 1993.
