Carol Saltzman

Carol Saltzman is a seasoned Registered Nurse currently employed at York Region since September 2020, where initial responsibilities included work with the School Immunization Programme and deployment for COVID-19 vaccinations in long-term care and retirement homes. With experience as a Travel Health Consultant at Passport Health Travel Clinic since June 2017 and previous roles, including Health Advisor at Canadian Red Cross and several positions as a Clinic Registered Nurse, Carol has developed strong expertise in immunization, patient preparation, and health assessments. Carol's nursing career began at Thornhill Paediatrics in 2005, providing compassionate care to patients and families while maintaining efficient clinic operations. Carol holds a diploma from Seneca Polytechnic, obtained between 1975 and 1977.
