Francesca Licursi

Francesca Licursi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, project management, and community services. Currently serving as the Founding Director of the Youth Empowerment Collective since December 2023, Francesca also holds the position of Learning And Development Specialist in Community and Health Services at York Region, where previous roles include Acting Supervisor and Customer Experience Associate. With a background in IT project management and operations at AGMN Networks Inc., Francesca has also contributed to political campaigns as an Assistant Campaign Manager for the Liberal Party of Canada and provided support in various capacities at Elections Ontario and Woman Abuse Council of Toronto. Francesca's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration graduated with distinction from Yorkville University, a Foundations of Project Management certificate from the University of Toronto, and a Liberal Arts Diploma from Seneca Polytechnic.
