Joshua Mullins

Joshua Mullins has extensive experience in public policy and administration, currently serving as Supervisor of Business Support Services at York Region since September 2013, with previous roles including Senior Policy and Strategic Initiatives Advisor and Financial Policy and Research Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Guelph as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and at the Ministry of Community and Social Services as a Program Support Clerk and Student Office Assistant. Joshua holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Guelph-McMaster Collaborative MA Program, and additional credentials include a Certificate in Big Data Analytics from York University, a Municipal Accounting & Finance Program Certificate from AMCTO, and a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto, along with an Honours B.A. in Political Science from the University of Guelph.
