Kevin Pal

Kevin Pal currently serves as the General Manager of Social Services for York Region, focusing on the management of integrated programs addressing social assistance, children’s services, and homelessness prevention. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Regional Director at the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, overseeing the delivery of programs for children, youth, and families in Toronto. Kevin's career also includes leadership roles in various ministries, such as the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, where management of provincial transit policy was a key responsibility, and the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines, where strategic policy initiatives, including energy conservation legislation, were advanced. Kevin began professional endeavors as an Account Executive with the Insurers' Advisory Organization. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Environment from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies/Geography from York University.
