Muneer Qazi

Muneer Qazi is a Transit Service Planner at York Region (The Regional Municipality of York) since May 2021, having previously held the same position at the same organization from January 2020 to April 2020. Muneer gained experience as a Digital Engagement Assistant at the University of Waterloo for a brief period in fall 2020. Prior to these roles, Muneer worked as a Technical Assistant at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority from April 2019 to August 2019. Muneer's experience also includes serving as a Swim Instructor & Lifeguard at Life Time Inc. from September 2016 to January 2019 and as an Inclusion Counselor for The Corporation of the Town of Ajax during the summer of 2018. Muneer holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban Planning, Honours, Co-op, from the University of Waterloo, completing the degree between 2017 and 2022.
