Susan Anstead

Susan Anstead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and business support analysis. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Salesforce since August 2022, Susan has also held significant roles at York Region as a Senior Business Support Analyst since August 2016 and as a Lead Strategist and Solutions Architect at Traction on Demand from August 2018 to October 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Stratus360 as a Solution Architect and Application Architect, Breakeven Solutions as a Business Analyst/Implementation Analyst, and Bell Canada as Manager of Business Intelligence. Additionally, Susan worked with the Canadian MedicAlert Foundation and Pivotal Corporation, where responsibilities included team management and international CRM project involvement. Education was obtained at the University of Guelph, earning a degree in Commerce with a focus on Hospitality.
