Miguel Herrera

Miguel Herrera has extensive experience in IT and network infrastructure, as well as managing field technicians. Miguel started their career as a Lead Technician with Interactive Media Worldwide in 1996. Miguel then worked as a Field Tech Supervisor for Prince Telecom, providing installation and repair services for high-speed internet. In 2001, they joined Symtek Telecom as a Field Tech. Supervisor, where they supervised a team of technicians delivering technology solutions to commercial and residential clients. Miguel joined MCTnow Inc in 2003, where they served as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst/Business Partner, providing IT infrastructure assessment, designing, and installation services. In 2005, they switched to York Solutions, LLC, where they served as an IT Administrator responsible for designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's entire IT infrastructure at all 3 locations. Miguel'smost recent role was as a Technical Analyst III for CRSGroup, where they worked from 2011 to 2012.

Miguel Herrera completed their high school education at Gordon Technical High School in 1996. Miguel then went on to DeVry Institute of Technology where they obtained an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Electronics by 1999. In 2014, Miguel obtained two certifications from Cisco, namely, Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching. In 2015, they obtained another certification from Cisco, which was the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security.
