Rivca Rubin

Rivca Rubin currently serves as Joint Artistic Director at Islington Mill and has held this position since February 2019. As the Director of Upwordi since January 2017, Rivca Rubin also contributes to staff development at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. Roles include delivering the Justice Development Programme for NHS care staff and developing leadership skills across various teams. Additionally, Rivca Rubin has been involved in training and team development at Manchester Metropolitan University and York St John University, emphasizing coaching culture and effective collaboration. With extensive experience in facilitation and mediation across cultural, educational, and health sectors since founding Rivca Rubin in 2000, Rivca Rubin has held positions in multiple organizations, including coaching for the Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy Programme at Cause 4 and co-designing the Creative Leadership Programme at BBC. Rivca Rubin co-trains and assesses for Relational Dynamics 1st since 2008 and has an academic background that includes an M.Sc. in Applied Behavioural Sciences from the University of Huddersfield.
