Stuart Wroe

Stuart Wroe is a Lecturer in International Development and Youth and Community Development at The Open University since September 2012, with responsibilities as an Associate Lecturer on the International Development Module and as a Lecturer in Education, Youth Work. Additionally, Stuart serves as a Placement Tutor at York St John University and works as a Visiting Lecturer in Global Learning at multiple universities including the University of Manchester and the University of Cumbria. As a Freelance Global Learning Specialist since January 2010, Stuart provides consultancy and global learning services to various organizations. With extensive experience working with marginalized youth globally, Stuart has facilitated advocacy and sustainable development actions across diverse settings, while holding master's and bachelor's degrees in international development management and humanities from The Open University. Stuart also possesses a CertEd from Durham University.
