I-Chung Young

I-Chung Young is a seasoned Senior System Architect at Yorktel, where responsibilities include integrating the IFS ERP system with various applications such as ServiceNow and MS Dynamics CRM since September 2006. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Architect at IBM Global Services, maintaining and prototyping applications for AT&T, and a similar position at AT&T, where I-Chung developed unified messaging solutions and WAP-compliant interfaces. Earlier, I-Chung served as a Software Specialist at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, managing UNIX and PC systems. I-Chung holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University.
