Waverly Mitchell Jr. has over 15 years of experience in technical support and operations, currently serving as a Tech Ops Specialist at Yorktel since April 2012, with prior roles including Sr. Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, and Tier 2 Help Desk Support.
