Judy Wong

Judy (Chang) Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and marketing. As the Founder of Pivot Perspectives Coaching & Consulting since January 2014, Judy supports entrepreneurs in achieving personal and business growth through effective strategies. Judy is also the Co-founder of the YSpace Food Accelerator at York University, which aids food start-ups in scaling their operations, and serves as an advisor for the ELLA accelerator program to empower women entrepreneurs in York Region. Currently a Professor at Seneca Polytechnic's School of Management & Entrepreneurship, Judy has previously held leadership positions at Nielsen, where notable roles included VP of Client Services and Marketing Effectiveness Lead, as well as North American Marketing Director at Mondelēz International, significantly boosting revenue for the chocolate sector. Judy holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Judy completed a coaching certification in Organizational Leadership from the Coaches Training Institute.
