Sophie Gilligan

Sophie Gilligan has a diverse work experience in the housing industry. Sophie started their career at Leeds Federated as a Customer Service Officer, handling repair inquiries and dealing with housing queries. Sophie then became a Neighbourhood Officer, managing properties and tenancies, and working with various agencies to address issues such as anti-social behavior. Sophie later joined Yorkshire Housing, where they held multiple roles including Rent and Service Charge Coordinator, Help to Buy Assistant Manager, and Leasehold Services Manager. In their current role as Head of Market Rent and Leasehold, Sophie is responsible for overseeing market rent and leasehold operations.

Sophie Gilligan attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2002 to 2005, where they completed their degree in Music.
