Abdul Khalam is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations and support. Currently serving as a Senior IT Operations Analyst at Yorkshire Water since August 2015, Abdul specializes in monitoring system alerts through HP Openview to proactively identify and resolve IT issues. Previously, from December 2013 to August 2015, Abdul worked as an IT Support Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included troubleshooting system faults, remote user support, and managing various IT environments.
