Charlene Kelly

Charlene Kelly (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as an Employee Relations Advisor at Yorkshire Water since December 2022. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Advisor at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust and Human Resources Advisor at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Charlene's experience also encompasses a long tenure at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, where responsibilities included managing Trust vacancies and supporting managers in various employee-related matters.
