Mick Whiteley

Mick Whiteley is a Senior Network Engineer at Yorkshire Water since September 2002, specializing in network routing and switching, network design, and various firewall implementations. Mick also has experience as a Telephony Analyst, focusing on Aspect ACD administration and call recording expertise. Prior to their current role, Mick worked as an Analyst at Yorkshire Electricity for over a decade. Mick has received education from The Open University and Leeds College of Technology.
