Derek Reynolds

Derek Reynolds is a seasoned entertainment attorney with extensive experience in business and legal affairs across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Yorn Levine Barnes Krintzman Rubenstein Kohner Endlich Goodell & Gellman since October 2024, Derek previously held the role of EVP, Business & Legal Affairs at Spotter. Notably, during Derek's tenure at YouTube from February 2017 to May 2022, leadership was provided over a global team focused on YouTube Originals, where Derek was instrumental in negotiating complex agreements and developing innovative business models. Earlier experience includes positions as Attorney at Doyle & McKean, Senior Counsel at Miramax, and various roles at Barnes Law Firm, International Film Guarantors, and others, highlighting a robust background in transactional entertainment law, motion picture distribution, and finance.
