John Ainslie

John Ainslie is an experienced professional in the life sciences investment sector, currently serving as an Analyst on the Life Sciences Investment Team at Yosemite since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ainslie worked with Emerson Collective in various capacities, including Life Sciences Venture Investment from June 2021 to August 2023 and as a member of the Health Team in early 2020. Ainslie was also Co-Head of Development at First Generation Investors from June 2019 to June 2022 and contributed as a Financial Analyst Intern at CoVenture, where responsibilities included developing a crypto index and supporting the Cryptocurrency Fund. Additional experience includes teaching English at Colegio de Rio Plata and providing ski instruction at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Ainslie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical and Life Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
