Arron Brueske is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Services at Yoshinoya America since January 2022, Arron previously worked at Moe's Southwest Grill, where roles included Operations Support Manager and Field Training Manager from August 2016 to January 2022. Prior experience includes a variety of positions at Hooters of America between May 2007 and August 2016, such as Senior Training Specialist and Corporate Training Coordinator. Arron's educational background includes studies at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 2005 to 2007 and Rochester Community and Technical College from 1999 to 2000.

Yoshinoya America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yoshinoya Holdings, based in Japan. With a history that started in 1899 and more than 2400 stores worldwide, Yoshinoya Holdings has been both leader and innovator in the QSR Japanese segment. The American subsidiary has over 100 stores (70+ company owned) and is Southern California’s best kept secret. Yoshinoya America has quietly reinvented itself over the past 4 years under a new leadership team. New brand positioning, menu items, remodels, upgraded systems, and improved execution have resulted in comp-store sales increases of more than 25%.
