Doris Morillo is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing restaurant systems and IT operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Restaurant Systems at Yoshinoya America since November 2015, Doris oversees Menulink administration for 70 stores and three concepts. Previously, Doris worked as an IT Specialist at Perian Management Company, managing IT for 34 Subway stores and 15 Yogurtland stores. As IT Director at Bari Management, Inc., Doris was responsible for the daily operations of business systems across a Burger King franchise and other establishments, collaborating with executives to develop technological solutions. Earlier roles include IT Director and MIS Manager at El Gallo Giro Corporation, where Doris implemented significant improvements in service and security infrastructure. Doris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
