Alexander Charles

Alexander Charles has extensive experience in project and product management. Alexander is currently working as a Product Manager at Yosi Health, where they lead a team of 65 and is responsible for the product roadmap, backlog, customer experience, and engagement. Alexander also conducts product and market research to support the sales and marketing team.

Prior to their current role, Alexander worked at Starberry as a Project Delivery Manager. There, they built a team of over 50 and was involved in setting up Agile software development processes. Alexander owned the project backlog, prioritized items, and ensured timely delivery. Alexander also implemented scrum practices such as sprint planning and daily standup.

Before joining Starberry, Alexander served as an Offshore Project Manager at XandY Design from 2010 to 2015. Their responsibilities included overseeing offshore projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Starting their career at 365 Media, Alexander held the role of Team Leader from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they led a team and successfully managed projects.

Alexander's work experience demonstrates their strong expertise in project and product management, team leadership, and agile methodologies.

Alexander Charles pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in March 2022.
