Alan Birch

Alan Birch currently serves as the Director of Legal at Yotpo, a position held since January 2022, and previously held roles such as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at WalkMe™. With extensive experience in drafting and negotiation of various agreements, Alan focused on infrastructure and energy projects at Odebrecht Ingeniería y Construcción, and managed corporate matters for international companies while working at Franco Duarte, S.C. and Baker & McKenzie. Alan holds a Master of Laws in Law, Business, and Technology from Tel Aviv University, a Diploma in Energy Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Economics from Tec de Monterrey, Campus Santa Fe, complemented by education from Boston University.
