Avishai Krepel

Avishai Krepel has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and has held various leadership positions in reputable companies. Avishai currently serves as the VP of Software Engineering at Yotpo since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce from 2019 to 2023, where they held roles such as VP of Software Engineering and Director Of R&D. From 2015 to 2019, Avishai worked at NICE Ltd, where they held positions such as Director of R&D for CXone Recording and Infrastructure and R&D Manager for the CX1 Platform & Recording Cloud SAAS. Before joining NICE Ltd, they worked at HP Software from 2008 to 2015, where they held several managerial positions, including Group R&D Manager for Big Data Analytics Applications and BSM Platform core team R&D manager. Avishai started their career at MERCURY in 2005 as a DBA and also served in the Israel Defense Forces from 1996 to 2002. Overall, they possess a strong background in software engineering, development lifecycle management, and leading cross-functional teams.

Avishai Krepel completed their BSC in computer science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between the years 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended MAMRAM (IDF) for a programming course in 1996 to 1997.
