Carter-William Palek

Carter William Palek is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Yotpo since June 2023. Prior to this role, Palek worked as a Corporate Securities and M&A Associate at Bass, Berry & Sims from June 2020 to June 2023, where over 50 mergers and acquisitions were successfully completed and involvement in two distinct IPOs was achieved. As a Legal Fellow for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Reform in early 2020, Palek investigated corporate mergers for antitrust violations and advised Congress on regulatory matters. Additional experience includes a Judicial Law Clerk position at Contra Costa County and language facilitation for the Govern de les Illes Balears. Palek holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Auburn University.
