Tom Marom

Tom Marom has a strong background in finance and accounting. Tom worked as the Director of Accounting/Finance at Yotpo, where they were responsible for managing the accounting department. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Controller, Corporate Finance at Yotpo. Tom also worked as the Finance Director, Corporate Finance at YouAppi, where they managed the accounting department. Before that, they held various roles at Perion, including Corporate Controller and Controller, Corporate Finance. Tom began their career at PwC Israel as a CPA and Audit Manager, specializing in IFRS, US GAAP, and Israeli GAAP. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to effectively manage teams and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Tom Marom obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Management combined with Economics from Tel Aviv University in 2007. Tom then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Financial Management from the same university, completing it in 2010. In 2010, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
