Issam Lahouasnia has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of data, AI, analytics, and marketing. Issam is the founder of Yotta, a company that specializes in recruitment through recommendation and direct approach. Issam is also the co-founder of Speen, which focuses on helping innovative technologies recruit business profiles. Prior to these ventures, Issam worked at Marketshot as the General Manager and Partner, where they managed a data and marketing consultant team, conducted business development, and formed partnerships in the martech and adtech space. Issam also held roles as the VP Product and Partner at Marketshot, as well as an Account Manager. Before their time at Marketshot, Issam worked as a Digital Project Manager at Lagardère and as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Ralph Lauren.
Issam Lahouasnia holds a Master's degree in Marketing Digital, Data & entrepreneurship from IPAG Business School. Issam has also obtained additional certifications in Data Marketing & Advertising from LinkedIn, Google Marketing Platform from Google, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud from Salesforce.
