John Jacobs

John Jacobs is an Adviseur Operational Excellence at YouImprove, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt at Rio Tinto Alcan from 2011 to 2015 and as a Technical Specialist in Cold End Maintenance at Ardagh Group from 2008 to 2011. Prior to these roles, John worked as a Mechanical Engineer from 2000 to 2008 and was a Sr. Maintenance Engineer at Bosch Transmission Technology B.V. from 2019 to 2022. They hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in Production Engineering from HMB Tilburg, completed in 2000, and have undertaken studies in Audio Engineering at SAE Institute Rotterdam between 2003 and 2004. Additionally, John completed pre-university education at OLV Lyceum Breda from 1988 to 1995.
