Benjamin I. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In these roles, they planned and executed face-to-face residencies, developed and delivered faculty trainings, and improved process effectiveness. Most recently, Benjamin worked at YNAB as a Part-time Support Representative, Support Lead, and Senior Manager of Responsive Support, where they managed and led support teams.

Benjamin I. began their education journey in 1996, when they attended the University of Minnesota. Although they did not obtain a specific degree, they pursued studies in the field of Communication, General. Following this, they enrolled at Bridgewater State University in 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies, completing their studies in 2001. Subsequently, Benjamin pursued higher education at Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Speech Communication. Lastly, they attended Capella University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an Education Doctorate (EdD) degree in Educational Leadership and Management.
