In the professional services sector, marketing is key to achieving strategic goals.

However, not every business has the budget, or practitioners with the time, to employ a full-time marketing resource.

At Y&YB our focus is on delivering outstanding results in key marketing strategies and programs with authentic and tailored solutions.

Since we launched in 2021 Y&YB has enhanced clients’ online visibility and brand profile with high quality websites, SEO and social strategies. We have also supported the profile building of practitioners with award-winning submissions for legal industry bodies.

Meet our Founder

For more than 15 years, across various roles and industries, Niki Patterson has established a reputation for providing outstanding marketing and business development support services.

In 2019 she was named a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law awards in the category of Marketing Communications Professional of the Year (Australia). This was in recognition of her work designing and implementing business objective aligned marketing and business development strategies in the legal industry.

What our Clients say

Niki approaches all her projects with her characteristic passion, good-humour and attention to detail. Personally, working with Niki is a joy - she cares deeply for her clients and their businesses and works hard to identify opportunities for them and that work best for them. She does not provide cookie-cutter services and we consider her an invaluable asset to our business.
