Ed Kelly, MHA, FACHE is currently the CEO of St. Cloud Orthopedics, a leading orthopedic and sports medicine practice serving Central Minnesota. With a background in healthcare administration and a strong commitment to community service, Ed also serves on the boards of various organizations such as Lifeworks Services Inc., American Cancer Society Minnesota, Youable Emotional Health, InnerCity Tennis Foundation, and Pace App. Prior to their current role, Ed has held leadership positions at Cook County Health, Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, Vidence, and The Corvallis Clinic. Ed holds a Master of Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University.

Youable provides services that result in successful youth, strong and stable families and healthy communities. Headway provides emotional health supports and services to individuals, children, youth, adults and families living throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Headway operates co-located services in partnership with several schools and area nonprofits. We operate three service locations in suburban Minneapolis. Our staff is made up of Mental Health Practitioners & Professionals with a variety of professional training and experience.
