Francesca Esposito has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2000, they began their career as a Project Leader and Event Coordinator for various Event and Communication agencies. In 2010, they joined Collage S.p.A. as a Producer and Event Planner, where they stayed until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Digital Art Director and Photographer, directing and executing photographic projects, overseeing photoshoots, and conducting post-production. In 2019, they joined TBWA\Italia as a Digital Art Director and Image Editor until 2022. Following that, they worked as an Art Director at M&C SAATCHI Milano for a short period of time before joining Stardust SpA as an Art Director in August 2022.

Francesca Esposito's education history begins in 1995, when they obtained their diploma in Lingue from I.S.I.S.S. Gian Battista Novelli. In 1996, they received a diploma in Lingua inglese from EF Executive Language Institute. Later on, they pursued further education at Università di Napoli L'Orientale, where they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Lingue e Civiltà orientali, which they completed in 2012. In 2013, Francesca received a diploma in Grafica Pubblicitaria from New Media Art and Design School. The following year, they obtained another diploma, this time in Fotografia Pubblicitaria from the same institution. Moving forward to 2015, Francesca completed a diploma in Corso Breve Tematico Fotografia from ILAS. In 2016, they continued their education with a diploma in Workshop High-End Retouching from ILAS. Finally, in the same year, Francesca attended Up Scuola di Fotografia Pubblicitaria and obtained a master's degree in Still Life, Food & Fashion Photography.
