Andrii Muravlyov

Andrii Muravlov has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being as a Scrum Master/Agile coach at YouControl since May 2017. In this role, they successfully implemented the Scrum framework, enabling the company to transition to an Agile methodology and embrace remote work. Andrii provided coaching and mentorship to team members, stakeholders, and leadership, effectively communicating the benefits of Agile and Scrum practices. Additionally, they proactively removed impediments and ensured maximum productivity and focus for the team.

Prior to their role at YouControl, Andrii worked as a Project Manager at Visualizers from January 2014 to July 2017. In this role, they strategically planned project timelines and milestones for the web development department, ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery. Andrii also managed changes to project scope and cost, implementing robust change management processes. Their comprehensive project documentation facilitated clear communication and effective decision-making.

Before joining Visualizers, Andrii held the position of Project Manager at UaMaster from February 2013 to January 2014.

Andrii Muravlov completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Ecological and Economic Monitoring from Cherkasy State University 'Bohdan Hmelnycky' from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Game-designer Certification from Games Gathering Academy in August 2015 and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
