Roman Gerbiy

Roman Gerbiy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roman currently serves as the Head of Development Partnerships at YouControl.com.ua starting from July 2021. Before that, from September 2017 to April 2021, they worked as a Regional Development Manager at TSG - Shell, where they were responsible for driving sales in the region, negotiating with international transport companies, credit management, and building long-term customer relationships. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Sales at Traxparts Ukraine Ltd DAF Trucks N.V. dealer from September 2016 to September 2017. From March 2013 to September 2016, they worked as the Manager of Sales at Equinet Ukraine LTD. Roman'searlier experience includes working as an Officer at the Kyiv City Police Department from April 2010 to March 2013.

Roman Gerbiy earned their Master's degree in Rights and Business from the Police Academy of Ukraine, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
