Victor Cavalli-Björkman

Victor Cavalli-Björkman has worked in a variety of roles in the insurance industry since 2009. Victor began their career at Trygg-Hansa as a Team Leader Outbound Sales in 2009. In 2012, they moved to Codan Forsikring (Norway) as Head of Outbound Sales. Victor then returned to Trygg-Hansa in 2014, taking on the role of Head of Outbound Sales. Between 2015 and 2022, Victor held several positions at Trygg-Hansa, including Head of Tied Agents, Acting Head of Customer Service, Acting Head of Strategic Planning and Analysis, and Head of Outbound Sales. In 2022, they moved to YouCruit as Chief Operating Officer.

Victor Cavalli-Björkman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lund University School of Economics and Management between 2005 and 2008.
