YouEngage Foundation is a purpose-driven, youth-focused organization committed to developing Africa’s next generation of visionary leaders, seeks to create such environments that can empower the current and future generation as a means to achieve sustained peace, stability and security for our nation.

In doing so, we aim to raise a generation of self-motivated, socially conscious, and solutions-oriented young leaders who are equipped to tackle today’s challenges and shape a more sustainable and inclusive future for their communities and the continent. This in the end will contribute to attaining peace and stability in the country by mitigating against juvenile delinquency that can breeds organized crime and gangsterism.

YouEngage is particularly committed to closing the gap between education and employability. Through embedded partnerships with local trade schools, job placement programs, industrial attachment facilitation, and business incubation initiatives, we ensure our participants are not only equipped to lead but also to thrive in the job market, build resilient livelihoods, and drive inclusive development in their communities.
