Trevor Nicolas

Trevor Nicolas has a diverse work experience in the field services industry. Trevor started their career in 2001 at Nashua as a Junior Workshop Engineer and quickly progressed to become a Field Engineer and Printer and PC Specialist. During this time, they serviced clients in the North and Central Johannesburg areas and won the Engineer of the Year 2003 award.

In 2004, Trevor joined Nashua West Rand as a Service Engineer and Field Supervisor. Trevor was responsible for maintaining and repairing customer devices, handling installations, and providing support to other field staff. Trevor achieved notable recognition, including winning the Engineer of the Year award for three consecutive years and being named Employee of the Year in 2007. Trevor also received accolades at the Ricoh "Get-U-Wice" awards in the Netherlands.

In 2007, Trevor moved up to the position of Technical Manager at Nashua LTD. In this role, they were tasked with turning around operations and managing the technical team. Trevor successfully reduced the average response time for service calls and played a key role in the company's financial performance.

Eventually, Trevor was promoted to the position of Technical & Operations Director in 2014 at Nashua LTD. Trevor worked closely with the Managing Director, overseeing day-to-day operations and technical issues. Trevor played a significant role in the success of the franchise operation, which was the largest reseller of Ricoh products in Africa with a client base of over 1,200 clients.

Currently, Trevor holds the position of Head of Field Services at YouFibre, starting in 2022. Further details regarding this role were not provided.
