Richard Dekkers

Richard Dekkers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Richard is currently working as the Head of Operations at Youfone Nederland since December 2021. Prior to this, Richard worked at KORE Wireless from 2015 to 2021, where they initially served as the Director Operations EMEA and later as the Chief Operating Officer at Aspider. At KORE Wireless, they managed various operations including billing, revenue assurance, fraud, customer operations, and order fulfillment. Before KORE Wireless, Richard was the Manager Customer Operations at M7 Group in 2014, responsible for customer support for Canal Digital and Online.nl. Richard also served in managerial roles at KPN, including Manager Product and Project Management at KPN Wholesale Mobile, Manager Operations at Simyo, and (Senior) Product Manager at KPN Wholesale Mobile. Richard started their career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture the Netherlands from 2000 to 2004.

Richard Dekkers attended Marnix Gymnasium from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Gymnasium degree. Later, from 1994 to 1999, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
