Shibi Gangadharan is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing reward programs and operational functions. Currently serving as Head of Operations for YOUReward at YOUGotaGift since August 2020, previous roles within the company include Operations Manager and Operations Executive. Shibi began a career in medical transcription at EBeeSoft from April 2012 to November 2018, focusing on editing and quality assurance in medical documentation. Prior experience includes various roles at WNS Global Services, where Shibi contributed as an Analyst/SME/Quality Assurance Leader and worked directly with fare auditing teams. Early career positions included customer service roles at Air India and various travel and finance organizations. Shibi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting and Auditing from the University of Mumbai and an IATA/UFTAA Foundation Diploma.
