Debdut Shandilya

Debdut Shandilya currently serves as the Group Reporting Manager at YouGov since February 2020, where responsibilities include building a succession pipeline and creating development plans for staff. Prior to this, Debdut held the position of Reporting Team Leader, overseeing report creation for client ad-hoc requests and ensuring quality control of team deliverables. From January 2016 to September 2019, Debdut worked at WAVTEQ as a Senior Analyst, conducting research and analysis to attract investments to regions such as the UAE and Latin America, and cross-validating investment details. Earlier experience includes a role as Corporate Research Analyst at WAVTEQ and as a Research Executive at CMARC India Pvt. Ltd., focusing on market research and analysis in various industries. Debdut holds an MBA in Marketing from Techno India and a BBA in Business Administration from Narula Institute of Technology.
