Jennifer Wilson

Jennifer Wilson, MS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as a Senior People Partner at YouGov, focusing on the development and implementation of people strategies across a diverse global client base in the Tech, Sales, and Client Services sectors. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee for 14 years, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and managing various HR functions such as employee relations, change management, and policy development. Additional experience includes roles at Beaulieu Group, LLC as HR Supervisor, and Connor Concepts, Inc. as Hourly Manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
