Marguerite Gourlet

Marguerite Gourlet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member engagement and customer service. Currently serving as the Global Member Engagement and Retention Manager at YouGov since January 2020, Marguerite established and leads the company's inaugural Global Member Engagement team across multiple cities, developing a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for over 26 million members. Previously, Marguerite held various roles at Benivo, including Customer Support Team Lead and Senior Employee Support Manager, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction and team performance were achieved. Earlier experience includes roles at AccorHotels and Club Med, focusing on guest experience and frontline operations.
