Leon Meintjes

Leon Meintjes has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the insurance and IT industry. Leon started their career at OUTsurance in 2003 as a Universe Developer. Leon then moved on to Youi Insurance in 2007, where they held multiple positions including Universe Developer, Software Developer, Data Migration Technical Lead, Business Platform Services Lead, and currently as a Technical Lead Software Engineering. Throughout their career, Leon has demonstrated expertise in software development, data migration, and leadership roles within the insurance industry.
