Marc Egan

Marc Egan is an experienced professional with expertise in portfolio planning, strategic governance, and technology innovation. Currently serving as the Enterprise Portfolio Planning Manager at Youi Insurance since October 2021, Marc oversees the governance and delivery of the company's strategic portfolio, managing prioritization processes and leading the successful implementation of a company-wide application that enhances project delivery and governance. Prior to Youi, Marc held several roles at Accenture, focusing on commercial strategy and technology outcomes within the Energy Retail Market in Australia and New Zealand. A former Management Consultant at EY, Marc gained extensive experience in program transformation, technology strategy development, and stakeholder management across diverse sectors. Marc holds a BA Hons in Finance and Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
