Morney Plescia

Morney Plescia has extensive experience in ICT and telephony integration, currently serving as Delivery Manager at Youi Insurance since July 2015, following a notable tenure at OUTsurance from 2003 to 2015. At Youi Insurance, Morney has contributed to the development of internal applications using modern frameworks and has played a key role in the migration to Avaya CM Elite and the design of a new dialler solution. Previously, at OUTsurance, Morney was responsible for global ICT strategy and developed critical telephony systems, including an outbound power dialler. Morney's career began at Grintek Telecom and Philips Business Communications, where responsibilities grew from pre-sales engineering to managing software development departments. Educational background includes studies at the University of Pretoria and high school in Lichtenburg and Mafikeng.
