Pascal Baltes

Pascal Baltes is an experienced developer currently working at Youi Insurance since November 2021, having previously held positions as a developer at GoLogic Group and as a developer and risk management specialist at Sparkassen Rating und Risikosysteme GmbH. Pascal managed a team of software developers to create a green-field application utilizing advanced risk management methodologies. Academic experience includes serving as a research and teaching assistant at Technische Universität Berlin, where Pascal taught finance courses and conducted examinations. Earlier professional experience includes project management at UTC Aerospace Systems and an engineering internship at Airbus. Pascal holds a PhD in Economics and a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin, along with a Bachelor of Science in the same field and additional exchange studies at The University of Queensland.
