Tom Hayes

Tom Hayes possesses extensive experience in the insurance and horticulture industries. Currently serving as the Small Business Insurance Team Manager and formerly as a Small Business Advisor at Youi Insurance since January 2017, Tom contributes to the development of the Business Liability product for Small to Medium Enterprises while collaborating with the Actuarial Department on underwriting and quoting processes. Before this role, Tom held positions at ePlants Trade Nursery from April 2009 to November 2016, progressing from an apprentice to Production Manager and Sales Coordinator at one of Queensland's largest production nurseries. Educational credentials include an Apprenticeship in Horticulture from Smart City Vocational College and completion of studies at St Teresa's Catholic College.
