Steven Maginnis is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in consulting, strategic planning, and operational improvement. As the CEO and Managing Director of Maginnis & Associates since 2006, Steven has guided the firm in business strategy, capitalization, and interim management. In addition to this role, Steven serves on the advisory boards of YOUHANGIT and YouInWeb, both of which are innovating solutions in their respective markets. As a Board Member for Vin2Vin, Steven contributes to enhancing the digital wine experience. Previously, Steven held leadership positions at SDC Designs, Crescent Jewelers, KPMG LLP, and Arthur Andersen, overseeing significant transformations and strategic initiatives within these companies.
