Richard Jia

Richard Jia has held a variety of roles in the financial services industry. Richard started their career in 2009 as an Investment at Fillmore Capital Partners. In 2014, they became the CEO of Pier. In 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Youland, a fintech company. Most recently, in 2022, they founded and became the Managing Partner of Alameda Capital, a tech driven private equity firm.

Richard Jia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School.
