YOUmanity is an executive search and organisational consulting firm operating at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and humanity. We believe performance and humanity aren’t opposites - they’re interconnected. When organisations get both right, the impact is transformative.

We partner with boards, CEOs, and executive teams to strengthen leadership capability, align people with strategy, and build organisations that perform with integrity. Our work spans executive search, board advisory, organisational effectiveness, and leadership performance assessment - grounded in evidence, commercial insight, and a genuine belief in the power of people.

The YOUmanity Code guides everything we do: Integrity, Courage, Intelligence, Impact, Humanity. These principles shape our partnerships, our decisions, and the way we assess leadership and culture.

Our proprietary YOUmanity-EDGE™ frameworks provide clarity on executive judgement, decision-making under pressure, leadership capability, and culture contribution, giving organisations evidence they can trust.

What We Do
• Executive Search – appointing leaders who shape performance, culture, and future direction
• Board Search & Advisory – strengthening stewardship and governance capability
• Organisational Effectiveness – aligning purpose, strategy, systems, and culture
• People Intelligence – delivering evidence-based insight into leadership and team dynamics
• Leadership Performance – understanding how leaders think, decide, and perform in complexity

At YOUmanity, our belief is simple: the right leaders create the right outcomes, and when those leaders act with integrity, courage, and intelligence, organisations thrive.
